How long is the training?

1 day for the Profile version, 2 to 4 days for the Expertise version (Profiling, Expertise & Management). Training is offered as part of the guide onboarding.

Do you need a psychologist profile to use the tool?

No. The methodology is designed to be operated by recruiters, HR consultants and trained coaches. Expertise is acquired through training.
