We use the Major Exchanges-Roder5 expert system as an interactive support for conducting personality and motivation studies of the staff we recruit.

To this end, Major Exchanges enables:

  • The upstream analysis, facilitated by the tool, which makes it possible to define the requirements of the position to be filled.
  • The completion of questionnaire grids by candidates, whenever they wish within a given period, via a dedicated website.
  • A report on the behavioral, managerial and motivational qualities of the candidates.

Major Exchanges significantly improves the approach to and analysis of candidates' behavioral qualities and motivations. It enables a more objective exchange of information, by facilitating and encouraging its expression.

Beyond this, Major Exchanges strengthens the quality of integration and engagement of new employees. The methodology and the psychometric quality of the expert system have been validated by the CCI, which has been using them for many years.

SUEZ Environnement

The Major Exchanges expert system has supported SUEZ Environnement in developing an approach based, in particular, on a methodology and computerized questionnaires for assessing and monitoring collective and individual potential, marketed and operated by the company.

The initiative developed in partnership with the company focuses on measuring the effectiveness of the assimilation of business, behavioral and managerial know-how components, at both the individual level and within homogeneous populations (by Department, Service, etc.).

These various methodological elements help build a tailored Know-How Transfer policy: adapting the managerial strategy of international experts to the local context, and optimizing the support provided to local managers based on the profiles encountered.
